YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising on and developing new-work office concepts
• Conducting digital client workshops (incl. analysis and identification of existing work processes, current utilisation of floor space, company culture, etc., preliminary   assessment with analysis and identification of work processes and utilisation of floor space)
• Vision creation, brandspace definition, cost definition, timeline and change definitions
• Preparing feasibility and planning studies from small to large scale
• Preparing potential analyses and illustrating approaches for optimisation in working methods and workspace
• Collaboration with internal digital team and external project partners

• Demonstrate a completed degree in architecture, interior design, real estate management,  organisational development and/or a comparable education/qualification

• Conduct successful analyses, workshops and training events and demonstrate many years of experience in project management
• Manage clearly identifiable teams and personnel
• Work with customary CAD systems (preferably Rhino)

• Collaboration with internal digital team
